Delivery fees are based on the distance between the restaurant and your location. We use a dynamic pricing model that starts at $1.99 for local deliveries.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it for a full refund. Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellations may be subject to a fee.
What if my food arrives cold?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your food arrives cold or the order is incorrect, please contact support immediately through the app for a refund or credit.
